I’m a self-employed architect, and a person who struggles to relax properly. My daily work involves me either sitting at a desk or sitting at or standing over a drawing board. Needless to say, neck/back ache and discomfort, particularly towards the lower back, is an ever-worsening problem.

For the past 2 years, since starting a monthly massage with Sarah’s “Stressuless” treatments, the benefits of the Hydrotherm massage have been two-fold. As well as working on the aches and pains of the body, the total sense of relaxation is of benefit to both body and mind.

In other words, once a month I look forward to my treat to myself, to de-stress, relax and regenerate my body and mind! I can’t rate the benefits highly enough to me personally, through the professionalism of Sarah’s skills and treatments. My only disappointment is when the session finishes, as I could happily have the treatment go on for ever!
